As a PMP-certified PMO leader, coach, and Ph.D. candidate with 15+ years of experience guiding complex IT projects and high-performing teams. I founded Flexible Project Management Services to help organizations strengthen delivery and to empower new and aspiring project managers through my signature program, The Authentic PM Accelerator.

My mission is simple: to help project leaders show up authentically, navigate complexity with confidence, and create lasting impact—whether managing multi-million-dollar technology rollouts or taking their first steps into project leadership.

As a Project Management tutor, I have experience training Information Technology Project Managers for certification within development organizations and privately.
